Website maintenance works - planned website outages
Planned maintenance works that may affect our website or e-forms :

8am and 6pm, Saturday 13th March 2010 :
Due to essential maintenance works access to our website may be slightly disrupted.
However, our public website is hosted on two webservers at separate locations and the maintenance works will only affect one of these. Our website should automatically redirect you to the non-affected webserver and then work as normal without any major disruption to your visit.
However if you do get an error message up on screen, or our website doesn't load, then please 'refresh' the page a few times (eg click on your web browser's 'refresh/reload button' or press 'F5' if using Internet Explorer) and this should route you to our active webserver and then work as normal. If this still doesn't work then please try again later in the day.
We expect both of our website webservers to be fully available again after 6pm on Saturday 13th March 2010.

The Government Gateway enGage team are undertaking works on their systems and may make a temporary suspension of the Government Gateway Payments Engine.
This is beyond our control.
Only the payment forms on our website could be affected by this work and they will display a message if they are.
The rest of our website and other forms will remain fully available and unaffected.
We apologise for any inconvenience these works may cause you.
