Website maintenance works - planned website outages
Planned maintenance works that may affect our website or e-forms :
- PUBLIC WEBSITE : Thursday 13th October 2011 for approximately 5 minutes at sometime between 1am and 6am :
Due to essential maintenance works access to our website may be slightly disrupted.
These works are beyond our control. However, our public website is hosted on two webservers at separate locations and the maintenance works will only affect one of these. Our website should automatically redirect you to the non-affected webserver and then work as normal without any major disruption to your visit.
However if you do get an error message up on screen, or our website doesn't load, then please 'refresh' the website a few times (eg by clicking on your web browser's 'refresh/reload button' or pressing 'F5' on your keyboard) and this should take you over to our active webserver and then work as normal. If this still doesn't work then please try again later in the day.
We expect both of our website webservers to be fully available again after 6am.
- PAYMENTS every third Sunday
of the month - 4:30am and 6:30am :
Scheduled maintenance of on-line e-payments and automated payments by phone will take place every third Sunday of the month between 4:30am and 6:30am. For details of date see our payments webpage.
