Tourist Information Centre - an Official Partner ...

TIC Offical Partner logoWorthing’s Tourist Information Centres have been recognised by VisitBritain as an Enjoy England Official Partner.

This prestigious award gives the TIC access to a number of benefits including upgraded training and inclusion in Enjoy England promotional campaigns.

This official status puts Worthing’s TIC, in the same league as Brighton, Canterbury and Tunbridge Wells, to name but a few. There are over 490 Tourist Information Centres across England and some 270 are currently official partners. The Worthing Tourist Information Centre will display the Enjoy England Official Partner sign and staff will wear a special pin on their uniform.

Worthing Tourist Information Centre welcomes in the region of 85,000 local residents, business people and tourists each year, with its wide range of information on the local area and the rest of the UK.

The TIC staff were very proud to receive their plaque from Tourism South East on July 15th 2008 and were really pleased that so many people showed their support and came along. Thank you!
