Adur Tenants' Self Service On-Line
Access your Adur Property Account night or day
When you register with Adur District Council’s Adur Tenants' Self Service On-Line services, you have instant access to the following information around the clock :
- View your rent account details for the last 12 months, including payments made, housing benefit and overall balance
- View details of repairs carried out on your property
- Request that a new repair is carried out on your property
- Keep your contact details up to date
- If you rent more than one property from Adur (eg a house and a garage), you have access to all this information on all your Adur property accounts
- The service is available free of charge to Adur’s tenants
Please note that you must rent a house or garage from Adur District Council to use these services. The service is not available to leaseholders.
