The Early Childhood Service (ECS) is part of Children and Young People’s Services (CYPS) of West Sussex County Council. The ECS, in partnership with colleagues in the statutory, voluntary, private and independent sectors, aims to provide access to a wide range of services including high quality, affordable and accessible early education and childcare services for children up to 14 years of age (19 years for disabled children) and their families.
