WSCC regional planning : Structure Plan, Minerals Local Plan, Waste Local Plan
A
range of planning services are run by West Sussex County Council, not by
Adur District Council.
The West Sussex County Council planning service unit deals with three main functions :
- Preparation of statutory land use plans & other planning policy guidance
- Managing the development control function for the county
- Enforcement as it relates to planning generally and development control in particular
