1APP is coming
Are you aware of the biggest change to the planning system in decades?
1APP has changed the way you submit planning applications to every authority in England.
From the 6th April 2008, the Standard Planning Application Form (1APP) replaced all existing types of planning application forms (except minerals) within England and became the only legal way of submitting a planning application.
Applicants can now only submit planning applications on-line through the Planning Portal or on the new 1App paper forms
Learn more about 1APP on the Planning Portal website (www.planningportal.gov.uk)
The 1APP forms are also now available on our website.
