Local Development Scheme
The Local Development Scheme (LDS) sets out the project plan and expected timescales for the production of documents (Local Development Documents) which will make up the Adur Development Plan (ADP).
The LDS contains information on our Local Development Documents which will be split into two categories :
- Development Plan Documents
- Supplementary Planning Documents
Development Plan Documents are the most important documents in the Adur Development Plan and will be subject to an independent examination by an Inspector. These are supported by Supplementary Planning Documents which go into further detail on specific issues.
The LDS also sets out the stages at which you can get involved and have your say. A Statement of Community Involvement will be published later this year which will further outline details on how you can be involved.
The LDS was approved by the Secretary of State, and is available below :
