Local Development Scheme
The Adur Local Development Scheme (LDS) sets out the timetable for the production of documents which will form part of the Adur Local Development Framework. The LDS addresses both Development Plan Documents (including the Local Plan) which will set policies for the area as well as Supplementary Planning Documents, which will provide further detail on specific issues.
The LDS also addresses the development of a Community Infrastructure Charging Schedule.
