Fun boxing classes in Adur and Worthing

Children and young people can learn the skills and techniques of the boxing ring, without making bodily contact at two new classes in Adur and Worthing. The classes are designed to increase fitness and to be loads of fun.
The Adur class, for 10 to 16 year old boys and girls takes place on Fridays at Southwick Leisure Centre. Girls from 7pm to 8pm and boys from 8pm to 9pm.
The Worthing class takes place at Tarring Young People’s Club every Thursday for boys and girls. Age 8 to 12 from 4.30pm to 5.30pm and 13 to 19 year old from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.

The classes are funded by The Sussex County Sports Partnerships’ Sport Unlimited Programme, and West Sussex County Council. Adur’s project is also supported by Impulse Leisure and the Adur and Worthing Safer Communities Partnership.
