Licensing Act 2003 Register
Under the terms of the Licensing Act the Council is required to keep certain information in the form of a public register. The sections below show details of new applications, currently licensed/registered premises, temporary event notices received, and personal licences :

These are the recently received applications for new licences/registrations and applications to vary existing licences/registrations.
Note :
- The date the register was run off is shown at the top of each page
in the file below,
eg "This is the current report. Report generated on: dd/mm/yyyy" - If there are no current applications then the wording "None at this date" will appear after the date at the top of the page and the rest of the page will appear to be blank.
Register of Current Applications :
Making comments on an application or an existing licensed premises
If you wish to make comments (a representation) about a current application for a licence, or about an existing licensed premises, then please use our licensed premises comment form below.
Any Interested party wishing to make a representation must either :
- Live in the vicinity (or represent them, e.g. resident associations); or
- Be involved in business in the vicinity (or represent them, e.g. trade associations).
The representation must be relevant to one or more of the four licensing objectives :
- The prevention of crime and disorder
- Public safety
- The prevention of public nuisance
- The protection of children from harm
The representation must be received in the council offices by the closing date stated in the notice/advertisement.

Note :
- Premises or clubs with 'The' at the beginning of their name (eg 'The Cricketers') are included in the T listing.
- The date the register was run off is shown at the top of each page
in each file below,

Temporary Event Notices Register (TENS)
TENS are required for one off events which involve :
- the sale or supply of alcohol
- the provision of regulated entertainment
- or the sale of hot food between 11pm and 5am
The event must be for less than 500 people and a maximum duration of 96 hours otherwise a full licence is required.
Register of Personal Alcohol Licenses
Only the holder of a personal licence can supervise the sale of alcohol in any premises.
