Tenant Audit
We provide services to over 3000 households across the Adur district, and are committed to providing excellent customer service.
Part of providing an excellent service involves knowing more about the needs and housing requirements of you, our customer as everyone is unique.
We are therefore carrying out a tenancy audit by sending out to everyone a questionnaire. The information you give on this form will be used to look at different ways of doing things, on an individual basis, for an area, or for everyone. For example the replies we get may show that residents living in a certain area have a specific requirement and we will be able to take this into account when providing our services.
Please do not worry, the information you tell us will be kept confidential, on our computer data base and that data will be stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This means you can be sure that it will be kept private and only used by us to supply and monitor our services to you.
It is essential that everyone completes and returns the form once it is received. Please help us to help you, as by gathering this information we hope to provide a more efficient service with an aim to meeting your individual needs now and in the future.
