Our Temporary Accommodation section can rent your property from you and use it to house local families whom the council has a duty to accommodate.

- Organise your insurance using our scheme
- Save you money on legal costs and agency fees

Landlord Support Service
Our Housing Advice section can :
- find potential tenants for landlords. Landlords will be helping local families in housing need to obtain accommodation.
- provide landlords who take our referred tenants with ongoing professional advice and support
- help settle the tenant into your property and provide tenancy support if necessary (we may refer the client to Southdown Signpost - click for their website : www.southdownhousing.org/housing_homeless.htm)
- liaise with Housing Benefit
- provide Rent in Advance (RIA)
- provide a deposit guarantee against damage - see Rent in Advance (RIA)
- advise on rent levels based on Local Housing Allowance (LHA)
