West
Sussex County Council (WSCC) is responsible for street lighting and illuminated
signs in the district.
From 1st April 2010 West Sussex has a new contractor Southern Electric Contracting (SEC) looking after its 72,000 street lights and illuminated signs.
How to report a fault with a street light, illuminated sign or report a damaged road or footpath or pothole, etc ...
If a street light is not working, or is lit during the day, you can either :
- Contact SEC by dialling 0800 0 482 435
or report the fault online at www.lightsoninwestsussex.co.uk - Contact WSCC on their hotline number 08457 581 622
or report it on-line at : West Sussex County Council's highways and transport on-line fault reporting system (www.westsussex.gov.uk/default.aspx?page=9576)
with on-line forms for reporting problems with : streetlights / signs, bollards, pot holes, footpath trip hazards, flooding, traffic signals and more ...
