Enquiries
All enquiries at the Civic Centre should be made to the Help Point staff. Interview facilities relating to accounts, payments and benefits can also be made available at the Lancing and Southwick Offices by appointment. Please telephone the appropriate number above to make the necessary arrangements.
Hardship
Anyone who, through special circumstances, will have difficulty in paying their council tax in accordance with the details shown on their bill should contact the local taxation section at the civic centre, Ham Road, Shoreham-by-Sea, immediately they receive their bill. Their circumstances will be examined and sympathetic consideration given to amended payment dates.
