Community Well-being team
The Community Wellbeing Service arose from a restructuring of the Council services. The purpose of the review was to determine work priorities of the service over three years. Development and Scrutiny Committee 1 heard evidence from a number of officers which were considered as well as baseline information.

Recruitment and Retention
Development and Scrutiny Committee 2 appointed a Working Group of three members to administer the best value review with the Head of Corporate and Legal Services. The Working Group carried out comparison exercises with a number of local authorities and consulted with local education establishments.
