Asking questions at meetings
The first item at most Council and Committee meetings is public question time. This is listed on the agenda as 'Questions and Statements by the Public'.
Questions and statements can be written and submitted up to two days in advance of the meeting; verbal questions will be taken after any written questions received. Questions can be about any matter for which the Council has a responsibility or which affects the district.
