Good Communication Awards 2009
Following
on from our success in 2006 and 2007, we are pleased to say that
Adur District Council's website was short listed again this year for the
Website Accessibility Award. We are proud to announce that this time it was
'commended' out of the five short listed finalists.
The Good Communication Awards 2009 event was held on Wednesday July 8th 2009.

Accessibility Award
Presented to the Local Authority, Central Government department, community group or voluntary sector organisation that has made outstanding progress in using technologies to extend the delivery of information and services to include traditionally hard-to-reach groups such as users who are disabled or who have particular access needs. Entries were judged by an independent accessibility panel.
